Freedom Pass for the elderly 2020

Rafia wasnt able to get a Freedom Pass because she didnt have the proof of address -a bill or Council Tax demand which was under her husbands name. Her husband paid all the bills which were under his name.

We asked the Council tax department to issue a new Council Tax bill in her name as well as his. They did – and she got the Freedom Pass.
